The simple answer is that it doesn’t.  You can make it as simple or as complicated you might like it to be.  To place an order, all you need is a current prescription (less than 12 months old is advised).  The next step is to select the safety frame that you would like your lenses fitted into.

To make frame selection more exact and simpler.  There are frame measurements located in the extra information tab.  To make sure that you have the best fit possible we advise matching the measurements to your current spectacles.

It is also useful to know what type of lenses you need.  Be it single vision, progressive of bifocal and then clear or tinted lenses.

Once you have these pieces of information, you can venture online and place your order yourself.  Alternatively, if you are not comfortable processing the order yourself.  Then, all that you need to do is contact us with those details and we can place the order for you.

Having Optometrist’s on staff means that we can also explain your prescription to you and why some frames are not the best option for your prescription.

As for payment, you can pay via credit card, PayPal, Afterpay and bank transfer.  Which means that we have all bases covered.

You should also note that you are able to claim your prescription safety glasses, through most health funds.  By simply presenting your receipt to them and receiving a refund.
