The year 2017 is coming to a close, and for those of you that belong to a health fund – it’s time to think about getting your Prescription Safety Glasses ordered, as otherwise you will lose your 2017 benefit.  

Now, I don’t know about you, but I resent the money that I pay to the health fund.  I only started paying it as I was no longer covered under my parents plan and I was told by my mum I had to have it – that was 15+ years ago.  I still pay the money but I definitely resent it.  This means that I try and claim as much of my ‘payments’ back as I can.  I go to the dentist yearly, I get new glasses yearly, I visit the physiotherapist…. and that is about it.  Which means I only charge the health fund a few hundred dollars a year from the couple of thousand spent.

Long story short – Use your health fund benefit before December 30th or you will lose this years benefit.  Get your prescription safety glasses orders in.
